We are seeking an experienced Senior Consulting Manager to join our Lahore team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic and Operational Management
    • Collaborate with the Business Development Team for client onboarding.
    • Deliverables as per scope of work include preparation of financial statements, setup accounting/ERP systems, processing payroll in USA, CA, EU, and collaboration with clients.
    • Manage and utilize team members effectively for smooth operations and task completion, train team members on new systems and software.
  • Client Relations and Communication
    • Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
    • Demonstrate excellent listening, speaking, and writing skills with clarity and concision, exhibit open-mindedness, confidence, empathy, and respect in all client interactions.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration
    • Act as a team leader, planner, and organizer, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
    • Drive initiatives and changes with a strategic management approach, promote a strong work ethic, independence, and self-motivation within the team.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in consultancy and management.
  • Financial Skills: Financial reporting, management reporting, auditing, accounting software/ERP systems including ODOO, Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Sage, QBO/GBP, Wave apps, XERO, Zoho.
  • Job-Related Skills: Strategic management, knowledge of US, CA & EU markets, online markets, selling platforms, payroll software like Gusto and ADP, strong problem-solving abilities, excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Communication Skills: Effective listening, speaking, and writing skills, clarity and concision in communication, open-mindedness, confidence, empathy, and respect.
  • Organizational/Managerial Skills: Strong team leadership and planning abilities, analytical and communicative with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability, punctual and flexible in approach.
