Custom Web Development Lead

As part of our team, we are developing an AI-based product. We seek a skilled software engineer with 5+ years of experience in custom web development to lead the end-to-end development cycle.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement robust front- and back-end systems.
- Build scalable and secure web applications integrated with AI features.
- Develop cloud-based deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Implement DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, containerization, and monitoring.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with the team to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical documentation and maintain code quality standards.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong command of front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
- Proficiency in back-end development using Node.js, Python, PHP, or equivalent.
- Experience with databases, including SQL and NoSQL.
- Hands-on knowledge of APIs, microservices, and cloud deployment.
- Experience with DevOps tools like GitHub/GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with AI/ML integrations is a plus.
- Strong understanding of scalable architectures and security best practices.
This is a short-term, project-based contractual role with flexible hours and remote work options.
