E-Commerce Director Role

About the Position

This is a high-level e-commerce management position requiring strategic thinking, planning and execution.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading online sales and marketing activities by targeting specific audiences, developing promotional campaigns and analyzing site performance to execute growth strategies.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop online sales and marketing strategies, implement and monitor brand campaigns across various platforms.
  2. Paid Campaigns: Design paid advertising campaigns to target specific demographics and increase return on investment (ROI).
  3. Analytics: Conduct regular Google and Facebook analysis to inform marketing decisions.
  4. Market Research: Monitor fashion industry trends and competitors' activities to stay competitive.
  5. SEO & SEM: Manage search engine optimization and search engine marketing efforts to improve website visibility.
  6. Social Media: Promote the brand on social media networks to engage with customers.
  7. Websites: Conduct site analysis, keyword research, mapping and assess link-building opportunities to improve website ranking.
  8. Competitor Research: Continuously analyze competitors to identify areas for improvement.
  9. Reporting: Prepare analytics and ranking reports for management.
  10. Clients: Nurture client relationships and develop new business partnerships.
  11. Efficiency: Maintain maximum efficiency within tight deadlines and budgets.
  12. Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with technological changes, search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  13. Troubleshooting: Be responsible for website maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Requirements:
  • Experience in garments or fashion apparel preferred.
  • 5-6 years of experience in e-commerce, branding or campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and team-building skills.
