Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Project Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, with expertise in estimating costs and pricing materials.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed 2D drawings using CAD software, calculating standard and non-standard costs for project materials and labor, and developing knowledge of various product designs.
Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality 2D drawings using CAD software for diverse projects.
- Develop and implement cost estimation strategies to ensure accurate pricing of project materials.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product designs to meet customer demands.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Advanced certification in CAD software and project management.
