About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive 
Project Coordinator
 to support our 
technology team
 in planning, tracking, and executing technical projects. You will act as the operational backbone for the team, ensuring timely delivery, proper documentation, and smooth coordination across departments. Experience with 
ClickUp
 or similar project management tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using 
    ClickUp
    .
  • Assist technical leads in defining scope, goals, and resource allocation for each sprint or project phase.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, task boards, Gantt charts, and team calendars.
  • Schedule and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
  • Identify and flag potential risks, bottlenecks, or delays to project managers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment between tech, design, QA, and business teams.
  • Track and report on team performance, backlog progress, and sprint completion rates.
  • Help onboard new team members to ClickUp workflows and internal processes.
  • Ensure all tasks, dependencies, and due dates in ClickUp are properly maintained and updated.
  • Provide administrative support including note-taking, meeting coordination, and documentation.
