Social Media Marketing Manager

About this role:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to amplify our online presence.

The successful candidate will own the digital marketing and social media performance of our brands, driving growth through strategic paid campaigns, engaging social content, trend insights, and detailed performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and manage digital marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms.
  • Develop and implement engaging organic social media strategies (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Stories).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content.
  • Regularly analyze, optimize, and report on campaign performance.
  • Research and apply emerging social media trends to boost brand engagement.
  • Manage content calendars and coordinate campaign timelines.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice and visuals across platforms.
  • Conduct audience and competitor analysis to improve targeting and messaging.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–4 years proven experience in digital marketing/social media management.
  • Strong expertise in paid social media advertising.
  • Experience managing social media channels for eCommerce brands.
  • Skilled in content planning, creation, and execution across platforms.
  • Proficient in analyzing and reporting digital campaign performance.
  • Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
  • Familiarity with collaboration with designers/editors.
