Job Description

The role involves managing contractual matters and assisting in the administration of claims to ensure smooth project execution.

  1. Contract Administration: Support the management of contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.
  2. Contract Compliance: Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any deviations proactively.
  3. Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all contractual obligations are met.
  4. Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to contracts and claims.
  5. Dispute Resolution: Provide support in dispute resolution and claims negotiation when required.

This position requires a track record of achievement in a related role, gained in a consultancy environment.

Key Requirements:

  1. Tertiary qualifications or a related discipline (e.g. B.Sc/BE in Civil Engineering)
  2. Minimum 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in contract management within infrastructure or hydropower projects.
  3. Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and claims processes is preferred.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office and relevant contract management tools.
  5. Good communication skills (written & verbal)
