Lead Funnel Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Lead Funnel Specialist to develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies within our recruitment and consulting services.

Your Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and optimize effective digital marketing campaigns using various channels including ads, landing pages, emails, and automations
  • Create high-quality Norwegian content from English source material using AI tools and maintain the highest standards of quality and accuracy
  • Analyze and refine funnel performance metrics to ensure optimal traffic, conversions, and lead quality
  • Collaborate closely with our Norwegian sales team to drive alignment and success
  • Continuously test, evaluate, and enhance funnel performance to drive growth and results
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in digital B2B marketing and lead generation with a focus on successful funnel development and management
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing funnels that achieve desired outcomes
  • Fluent English language skills and understanding of Western business culture
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial acumen with a proactive approach
  • Ability to take ownership and lead teams towards shared goals and objectives
