Business Development Representative

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying great leads, crafting winning proposals, and designing effective pitch decks.

  • Identify and shortlist daily projects on Upwork.
  • Draft personalized, high-converting proposals and SEO-optimized pitch decks.
  • Support SEO efforts while designing pitch decks and other graphics using AI tools.
  • Meet bid-volume and response-rate targets; update Google Sheets/CRM.
  • Own first-touch client chat and pricing strategy with Senior Bidder.
  • Accurately relay requirements to PM/dev teams.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6–12 months of proven bidding success on Upwork.
  • Fluent English (written and verbal).
  • A solid grasp of IT services.
  • A portfolio of pitch decks or proposals that closed ≥$5k projects.
  • Comfortable with AI writing/design tools and basic SEO.
