Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Leadership Professional to join our team at Interactive Group of Companies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and account management in the healthcare and software sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop Strategic Plans: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and account management for Interactive Group, focusing on healthcare and other software sectors.
- Collaborate with Sales Team: Collaborate closely with the sales and Interactive Group teams to foster strong relationships, ensuring joint strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving.
- Lead New Initiatives: Lead new program initiatives with the Intellcare team to achieve profitable new business volume and execute key account plans to meet assigned business goals.
- Enhance Client Understanding: Enhance Intellcare's knowledge and understanding of potential clients by driving relevant activities and leveraging costing as a competitive advantage.
- Guide Business Development: Guide business development efforts within specific key accounts and/or markets, establishing partnerships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Provide Thought Leadership: Provide effective solutions by applying concepts, techniques, knowledge, or processes, demonstrating thought leadership in applying principles, theories, and concepts with discipline, structure, and rigor.
- Prepare Contract Agreements: Assist in preparing contractual agreements with clients.
- Ensure Project Delivery: Ensure project/operation delivery under contract parameters and take ownership of any contract-related clarifications at both IAC and client levels.
- Manage Contract Changes: Manage and own all contract-related changes and issues.
- Maintain Formal Communication: Maintain formal communication with clients as needed to foster relationships.
- Liaise between Teams: Act as a relationship manager and maintain liaison between clients and project/operation teams.
- Follow Up on Payments: Follow up on sign-offs and recoveries of ongoing project/operation payments and keep project sponsors updated.
- Prepare Documents: Prepare necessary documents according to client requirements to ensure timely payments.
- Understand Client Challenges: Spend time with clients to understand their communication challenges, gaining deep knowledge about business problems they're solving.
- Capture Client Feedback: Capture client feedback in a structured manner to move deliverables closer to finalization.
- Gather Learnings: Obtain feedback from clients after project completion to gather learnings for future prospects.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure, sustain, and develop client satisfaction by understanding client needs, providing responsive service, and resolving client issues, building relationships with key client contacts.
