Network Infrastructure Leader

The role of a Senior Manager NSS Planning is pivotal in shaping the company's network infrastructure. We are looking for an exceptional professional who can lead our planning efforts and drive us towards excellence.
- This individual will be responsible for designing and capacity planning of Core NSS & IMS Network, ensuring alignment with commercial forecasts.
- They will also prepare RFPs, conduct technical evaluations, verify BOQs, finalize vendors, and contracts.
- Fulfillment of commercial and regulatory requirements is crucial to this role.
- Additionally, they will provide planning support for Core & IMS Planning projects from HLD/LLD locking until commercial launch.
- Hardware and software life cycle planning, maintenance, and upgrades of existing Core Network NEs will be a significant responsibility.
- CAPEx budgeting of Core NSS & IMS NEs as per commercial business planning forecast is essential.
To succeed in this position, one must possess:
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecom/Electrical/Science.
- Expertise in Core NSS & IMS Network NEs.
- Good understanding of SS7, SIP, and Diameter protocols.
The ideal candidate should have the following competencies:
- Design, planning, and optimization of Core NEs.
- Traffic modeling and dimensioning.
- CAPEX and OPEX budgeting and planning.
- RFP preparation and technical evaluation.
