Volunteer Coach Position

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Volunteer Coach. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and has a strong passion for sports and play.

As a Volunteer Coach, you will be responsible for leading play-based sessions with children in schools and designated setups. You will also coordinate with school staff and program team to effectively implement project activities.

  • You will work closely with the Project Coordinator/Supervisor to develop and implement projects that meet the needs of the children.
  • Support RTP's staff in conducting needs assessments and selecting appropriate games from the modules.
  • You will ensure the involvement of girls/boys (as required) and children with disabilities in the play and sports programs.
  • Support program team in organizing events: meetings, play days, tournaments, sessions, etc.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with children and have a strong passion for sports and play.

Responsibilities
