Cluster Coordinator-Quetta Job Description

The Cluster Coordinator-Quetta is a critical role that requires strong leadership and management skills. The successful candidate will oversee program activities in assigned districts, ensure timely reporting and documentation of project achievements, challenges, and lessons learned, and build effective relationships with stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Program Coordination: Coordinate and oversee the implementation of program activities in assigned districts.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor progress against work plans, targets, and indicators.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Ensure timely reporting and documentation of project achievements, challenges, and lessons learned.
  • Field Visits and Support: Conduct regular field visits and provide technical support to field teams.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise field staff including Field Officers, Social Mobilizers, and other support roles.
  • Team Meetings and Performance Evaluations: Facilitate regular team meetings, set performance targets, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Capacity Building: Identify capacity gaps and organize training or mentoring as needed.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain effective relationships with local authorities, community leaders, government departments, and other NGOs.
  • Representation: Represent the organization at district-level coordination meetings.
  • Community Participation and Accountability: Ensure community participation and accountability mechanisms are in place and effective.
  • Reporting and Record Keeping: Submit monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports as required by the management.
  • Financial Management: Maintain accurate records of program activities, beneficiaries, and expenditures.
  • Donor Reports and Assessments: Contribute to donor reports and internal assessments.
  • Logistics and Procurement: Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams for timely delivery of materials.
  • Asset Management: Ensure responsible use of project assets and adherence to operational guidelines.
  • Budget Tracking and Forecasting: Support in budget tracking and financial forecasting.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, including supervisory roles.
  • Education: Master degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related field.
