Job Title: Cluster Coordinator-Quetta

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Cluster Coordinator-Quetta. The successful candidate will oversee program activities in assigned districts, ensure timely reporting and documentation of project achievements, challenges, and lessons learned, and build effective relationships with stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Program Implementation: Coordinate and oversee the implementation of program activities in assigned districts.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor progress against work plans, targets, and indicators.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Ensure timely reporting and documentation of project achievements, challenges, and lessons learned.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to field teams during regular field visits.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise field staff including Field Officers, Social Mobilizers, and other support roles.
  • Team Dynamics: Facilitate regular team meetings, set performance targets, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Capacity Building: Identify capacity gaps and organize training or mentoring as needed.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain effective relationships with local authorities, community leaders, government departments, and other NGOs.
  • Representation: Represent the organization at district-level coordination meetings.
  • Community Engagement: Ensure community participation and accountability mechanisms are in place and effective.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of program activities, beneficiaries, and expenditures.
  • Reporting: Submit monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports as required by the management.
  • Financial Management: Support in budget tracking and financial forecasting.
  • Procurement: Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams for timely delivery of materials.
  • Asset Management: Ensure responsible use of project assets and adherence to operational guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, including supervisory roles.
  • Education: Master degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related field.
