Supply Chain Professional

Elevate your career as a Supply Chain Professional with our organization, where you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of procurement and subcontracting operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating subcontractors, preparing RFQs, drafting agreements, and managing invoices.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate subcontractors by reviewing documentation, conducting site visits, and validating prequalification (PQ) criteria to ensure they meet our standards.
  • Prepare Request for Quotations (RFQs), evaluate subcontractor bids, and prepare comparative statements to make informed decisions.
  • Draft subcontracting agreements, negotiate terms, and ensure all critical documents are included to protect our interests.
  • Generate Work Orders (WO) / Service Orders (SO) in our enterprise resource planning system and maintain accurate records of subcontractor data.
  • Monitor the performance of subcontractors against established service level agreements and report any violations or non-conformities to management.
  • Prepare bill flow sheets, payment certificates, and manage subcontractor invoices to ensure timely payments and optimal cash flow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless subcontracting operations and support departments as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field such as logistics or procurement.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in subcontracting, procurement, or a similar role with a proven track record of success.
