Learning Management System (LMS) Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Management System (LMS) professional to oversee the comprehensive management of our LMS, ensuring seamless operation, accessibility, and a user-friendly experience for all users.

  • Oversee the LMS for study material, ensuring smooth operation and user-friendliness.
  • Organize digital learning resources systematically, update regularly, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues promptly, and collaborate with vendors for maintenance and enhancements.
  • Lead and manage LMS-related projects, including upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to LMS administrators and digital learning specialists.
  • Ensure staff training on LMS functionalities, best practices, and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor LMS usage and assess its effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in LMS platforms, course structuring, content management, user support, and collaboration is essential.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or Project Management from a recognized university/institute.
  • 3-5 years of experience in LMS administration, digital learning solutions, and project management.
