SAP FICO/FM Consultant Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a highly skilled SAP FICO/FM Consultant. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality implementations of SAP Financial Accounting and Funds Management modules for our clients.

  • You will collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
  • You will lead and participate in all phases of the implementation lifecycle, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • You will provide guidance and support to project teams, including developers, analysts, and end-users.
  • You will conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on SAP functionality and best practices.
  • You will customize and enhance SAP solutions as needed to address specific business requirements.
  • You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Financial Accounting and Funds Management modules, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • You will stay current with SAP updates, patches, and new features, and assess their impact on client implementations.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborating with clients to understand business requirements and design solutions.
  • Leading and participating in all phases of the implementation lifecycle.
  • Providing guidance and support to project teams.
  • Conducting workshops and training sessions.
  • Customizing and enhancing SAP solutions.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP Financial Accounting and Funds Management modules.
  • Staying current with SAP updates, patches, and new features.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP Financial Accounting and Funds Management modules, including at least two full lifecycle implementations of SAP Financial Accounting and at least one implementation of SAP Funds Management.
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes, accounting principles, and SAP best practices.
  • Expertise in SAP configuration, customization, and integration with other modules.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
