Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to fill the role of Student Affairs Officer. In this position, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate information to address student inquiries. This includes efficiently handling and resolving student queries and concerns using our ticket system.

You will also oversee and manage the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) portal for students, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and support within the VLE. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of issued ID cards and ensure the security of the ID card system.

In this role, you will work closely with faculty to address attendance issues and ensure compliance with attendance policies. You will also assist students in the formation of letters, recommendations, and other official documents, ensuring these documents are completed accurately and meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and resolve student queries and concerns using our ticket system.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to address student inquiries.
  • Oversee and manage the VLE portal for students.
  • Maintain accurate records of issued ID cards.
  • Monitor and manage student attendance records.
  • Collaborate with faculty to address attendance issues.
  • Assist students in forming official documents.
