Job Description

As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in guiding your team towards achieving their goals. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coaching team members in self-management and cross-functionality skills
  • Helping the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value increments
  • Removal of impediments to the Scrum Team's progress
  • Ensuring that all Scrum events take place and are productive and kept within timeboxes
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • BA/BS/MBA degree or equivalent work experience
  • Preferably Scrum Master certification such as SAFE, CSM, or PMI-ACP
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience and 2 years leading sprints
  • Demonstrable expertise in agile methodology and frameworks
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments
