Lead Agile Team Coach Job Opportunity

This is an exceptional job opportunity to lead and drive a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team in the UK. As an experienced Scrum Master, you'll instill a clear vision and passionate drive within the team.

Job Description:

  • Coach team members in self-management and cross-functionality
  • Help the team focus on creating high-value increments
  • Remove impediments to the team's progress
  • Ensure all Scrum events are positive, productive, and within the timebox
  • Assist the Project Manager in effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management
  • Help the team understand the importance of clear and concise Product Backlog items
  • Support the Product Owner in establishing empirical product planning in complex environments
  • Guide the organization in leading, training, and coaching Scrum adoption
  • Advise on planning and implementing Scrum within the organization
  • Help employees and stakeholders understand and enact an empirical approach for complex work
  • Use Scrum development processes and tailor methodologies according to project needs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • BA/BS/MBA degree or equivalent work experience
  • Preferably Scrum Master certification such as SAFe, CSM, or PMI-ACP
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience and 2 years leading sprints
  • Proven expertise in agile methodologies and frameworks
  • Thrives in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Expert coach in implementing Agile Scrum
