Job Description:

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle, with a strong focus on building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should possess evidence of strong skills, including negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Attract and network with potential clients to promote off-plan investment property sales.
  2. Present purchase offers to sellers and negotiate properties or sales terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  3. Identify investors with property needs and provide them with tailored solutions.
  4. Contact potential clients through various channels to offer them property solutions that meet their requirements.
  5. Establish and maintain good working relationships with buyers, providing them with expert advice on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
  6. Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services to reach a wider audience.
  7. Develop a network of Landlords, Property Owners, and Investors to whom clients may be referred, establishing a robust referral system.
