Job Title: Digital Ads Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across multiple platforms to drive business growth and engagement.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and craft compelling ad copy that resonates with target audiences.
  • Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize campaign performance and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Implement tracking pixels, conversion tags, and event monitoring through Google Tag Manager to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Analytically review performance data and generate actionable reports using Looker Studio / Data Studio to inform future campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on campaign strategy and performance goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and at least one additional platform (e.g., Meta, TikTok).
  2. Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
  3. Experience with TikTok Business Manager, Google Merchant Center, and Keyword Planner.
  4. Strong copywriting skills and a data-driven mindset.
  5. Google Ads certification is a strong advantage.
  6. Proactive, self-managed, and reliable in a distributed team environment.
  7. Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
