About Our Position:We are seeking a skilled professional to join our marketing team in the role of Email Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing email marketing campaigns that effectively engage our target audience and drive results.

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for working closely with our marketing team to leverage your expertise and craft compelling content, design eye-catching templates, and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create and implement email marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives and target audience segments.
  2. Develop engaging email content, including copywriting, graphics, and multimedia elements, to communicate key messages and promotions effectively.
  3. Design visually appealing, mobile-responsive, and optimized email templates for deliverability and engagement.
  4. Manage email lists, segmentation, and targeting to ensure campaigns reach the right audience at the right time with the right message.
  5. Utilize industry best practices to achieve email marketing targets for open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and other relevant KPIs.
  6. Experience sending bulk emails while adhering to best practices and compliance regulations.
  7. Analyze email campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing to enhance campaign effectiveness and innovation.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in email marketing with a track record of successful campaign execution and measurable results.
  3. Strong proficiency in email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling content and messaging.
  5. Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email template customization and troubleshooting.
  6. Experience with A/B testing methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
  7. Strong analytical skills to interpret data, draw insights, and make recommendations for optimization.
  8. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a distributed team.
  9. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices related to email marketing compliance.
