Business Development Role

The primary objective of this role is to catalyze business growth through strategic partnerships and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish rapport with potential clients and arrange meetings to discuss business opportunities.
  2. Develop and execute marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
  3. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
  4. Optimize sales strategies to increase revenue and improve customer retention.
  5. Develop and implement plans to penetrate new markets and improve sales performance.
  6. Prepare quotes and proposals for clients, highlighting the value of our services.
  7. Set goals for the development team and ensure they are aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business or marketing.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or a related field is essential.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn and freelance platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and IT skills are required.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are necessary.
  • Self-motivated and proactive individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment are ideal candidates.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable using computers for various tasks and willing to learn new technologies.
