**About The Role:**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced female school principal to lead our team in Sargodha. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to promote high standards of evidence-based learning and teaching.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor school progress across key performance indicators and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top-quality teachers who share our vision for quality education.
  • Cultivate a culture of mutual learning, respect, collaboration, and coordination among students, teachers, staff members, and parents.

**Academic Expectations:**

  1. Implement effective teacher recruitment processes to ensure we attract the best talent.
  2. Develop a comprehensive school improvement plan based on needs analysis and oversee its successful implementation.
  3. Regularly monitor classroom quality through lesson planners and observations.
  4. Provide ongoing support and feedback to teachers to enhance their performance.
  5. Oversee student performance by reviewing assignments and test papers according to policy.
  6. Organize, manage, and monitor co-curricular activities, timetables, assemblies, periods, displays, library services, and laboratory facilities.
  7. Attend training sessions and conduct on-the-job training for faculty members.
  8. Conduct term tests and examinations in a fair and timely manner.
  9. Foster teamwork and motivate teachers to stay with the organization.
Administrative Duties:
  • Establish strong relationships with the local community and raise awareness about the importance of education for both boys and girls.
  • Ensure optimal student enrollment within the school through effective implementation of enrollment strategies.
  • Maintain an active CV bank of qualified teachers and coordinate with Area and Regional HR teams for staffing needs.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to handle staff hiring, retention, performance management, and other HR-related matters.
  • Encourage positive character building among students and staff while maintaining school discipline.
  • Manage staff leaves and attendance to minimize empty classrooms.
  • Supervise the administration assistant in handling accounts and other administrative tasks.
  • Ensure accurate management, documentation, and updation of school accounts.
  • Oversee maintenance of buildings and premises.
  • Coordinate utility services and maintain cleanliness.
  • Work closely with the supervisor on board-related matters.
  • Understand and implement TCF policies as required.
  • Submit reports and documents in a timely manner.
