As a Sales and Marketing Executive at the Hextar Group of Companies, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and profit expansion through effective sales strategies. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and sales plans, establishing and achieving sales and marketing objectives, and nurturing and expanding existing client relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profit expansion
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target companies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales plans
- Manage and analyze sales data to inform sales and marketing strategies
- Travel extensively throughout Pakistan to manage customer relationships and negotiate contracts
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, and business development
- Strong understanding of sales processes, including distribution channels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
