  • Design and deployment of effective social media campaigns.
  • Timely resolution of customer issues via phone and remote desktop support.
  • Provision of accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries.
  • Maintenance of comprehensive customer support documentation.
  • Continued improvement of customer support processes and overall customer experience.

Requirements:**

  1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Proficiency in using remote desktop support tools and CRM software.
  3. Familiarity with ERP software and its functionalities.
  4. Basic SQL knowledge for problem-solving.
  5. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  6. Ability to design engaging social media posts using Canva or similar platforms.
  7. Capacity to multitask and manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
