Requirements:**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using remote desktop support tools and CRM software.
- Familiarity with ERP software and its functionalities.
- Basic SQL knowledge for problem-solving.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Ability to design engaging social media posts using Canva or similar platforms.
