Job Title: Business Development Director

Achieving business growth by successfully managing a team of sales professionals who drive customer acquisition and retention.

The ideal candidate will have experience in generating sales leads, developing strategic partnerships, and coaching the sales team to meet or exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions to drive revenue growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the generator industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
