Business Development Leader Job Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious and skilled Business Development Director to lead all business development efforts within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business development strategies and activities, identifying and qualifying prospective leads, and building on existing partnerships and sales efforts.

  • The primary focus of the Business Development Director is to expand current businesses and explore new markets and opportunities.
  • Evaluate existing partnerships and sales efforts with a view toward changing what doesn't work.
  • Utilize prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to new customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest processes and trends in the Technology industry.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned leads through the full business development cycle from prospecting and qualifying to close.
  • Help shape the company's long-term objectives and determine plans for how to meet them.
  • Generate innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness.
  • Develop and strengthen internal and external relationships to grow business that will lead to increased lead generation and market share.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A prior experience in selling via telemarketing to foreign countries within the Technology industry.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills; the ability to call, connect and win potential clients.
  • Leadership, management, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to perceive and settle issues by proposing and executing innovative solutions.
