About our Product Leadership Role

As a seasoned professional in product management, you will drive the development and success of our product portfolio.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery using Agile methodologies and project management best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Development: Lead the development and launch of new products or features, ensuring they align with the overall product vision and business objectives.
  • Agile Execution: Champion Agile best practices (Scrum, Kanban) within the product development lifecycle, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product features.
  • Product Roadmap: Collaborate with senior leadership to help define and maintain a product roadmap that balances customer needs, market opportunities, and company strategy.
Requirements

Experience: 3-4 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a tech or software development environment.

Agile Expertise: Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-quality products.
