About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager with at least 3-4 years of experience to join our growing product team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and success of our product portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery using Agile methodologies and project management best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Development: Lead the development and launch of new products or features, ensuring they align with the overall product vision and business objectives.
• Agile Execution: Champion Agile best practices (Scrum, Kanban) within the product development lifecycle, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the bridge between internal teams (engineering, design, QA, marketing, etc.) and external stakeholders (customers, partners) to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product features.
• Product Roadmap: Collaborate with senior leadership to help define and maintain a product roadmap that balances customer needs, market opportunities, and company strategy.
• Backlog Management: Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and user feedback.
• User Research & Feedback: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability studies to gather insights and inform product decisions.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and analytics tools to track product performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify risks and issues related to the product or project and work with teams to develop mitigation plans.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes, product development practices, and team collaboration.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 3-4 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a tech or software development environment.
• Agile Expertise: Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.
• Project Management: Proven track record of managing multiple product development projects simultaneously, with strong skills in project planning, execution, and delivery. Worked on an AI based model.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-quality products.
• Customer-Focused: Deep understanding of customer needs, with the ability to translate those needs into actionable product features and requirements.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Tools: Proficient with project management and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Trello, Aha, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Agile Certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Agile Certified Practitioner) or equivalent.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with software development processes, APIs, or web technologies.
• Prior Experience in [Industry/Specific Product Domain] (e.g., SaaS, eCommerce, FinTech).
