Empowering Academic Excellence

• This position is central to the academic leadership and management of schools and their Principals.

Main Areas of Responsibility

1. Ensuring improvement in SSR, fee collection enhancement, and day-to-day fleet management.
2. Managing Area Administrators to handle overall administrative duties and Academic data management.

Community Involvement and Support

• Maintaining relationships with community members to access resources for school needs.
• Encouraging Principals to maintain strong communication with Parents and occasionally attending Parent-Student meetings.

Collaboration and Networking

• Maintaining connections with donors to support educational initiatives.
• Nurturing a culture of collaboration among Area Education Managers for mutual growth and learning.

Principal and Teacher Capacity Building

• Enhancing Principal Quality through targeted support and training initiatives.
• Collaborating with HR teams to recruit high-caliber Principals via assessments and other evaluation tools.

Action Planning and School Development

• Designing and implementing tailored action plans for underperforming schools, promoting sustained progress and excellence.

Required Skills:

• Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong command over English and Urdu language skills.
• Proficiency in using computers (MS Office, internet, etc.) Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Analytical skills.
