Role Description

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Business Process Improvement Manager. As a Business Process Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for driving a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency gains.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing quality policies, procedures, and documentation in alignment with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Leading the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
  • Overseeing the design and execution of quality control processes, ensuring operations/service consistency and adherence to established quality benchmarks.
  • Developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and reporting findings to management.
  • Driving a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency gains.
  • Proposing and implementing improvements based on data analysis and trends.
  • Planning and conducting regular internal audits to assess compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Collaborating with department heads to address and rectify non-conformities identified during audits.
  • Working with relevant departments to update and revise documents as needed.
  • Coordinating external audits by certification bodies and regulatory agencies.
  • Ensuring the organization's readiness for external assessments and certifications.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in quality management or a related role.
  • Bachelor's degree in quality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Certified Quality Manager, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
  • Strong understanding of quality principles, processes, and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams.
