Sustainable Livelihood Project Manager

The position is available for a highly skilled project manager to lead the Sustainable Community Livelihood initiative.

  • Proven experience in managing community development projects, preferably in Sindh.
  • Excellent leadership skills to facilitate collaboration and drive team performance.
  • Strong communication skills for reporting to stakeholders and partner organizations.
  • Ability to travel extensively and adapt to challenging environments.
  • Demonstrated commitment to working with vulnerable populations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies for sustainable community livelihood objectives.
  2. Collaborate with partners to ensure effective project monitoring and evaluation.
  3. Ensure adherence to organizational policies and standards.
  4. Foster relationships with local stakeholders and promote community-led development.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in project management, preferably in community development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Master's degree in Social Sciences or a related field.
