Specialist - Operations & Community Engagement

About Us: EdPrograms is a vibrant, social enterprise specializing in crafting short-term student immersion programs & student recruitment tours for higher education institutions all across the globe We are a small but energetic team passionate about education, travel, and learning about diverse cultures that we frequently collaborate with on our trips and programs. Are you a motivated and organized professional looking to make an impact in education? We're seeking a Specialist to manage operations, build a nationwide network, and promote our programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with high school counselors, schools, and universities.
  • Develop and maintain a nationwide student and counselor network.
  • Conduct outreach and special events to promote the organization.
  • Travel to regional schools for outreach (20% travel across Pakistan).
  • Manage emails and business WhatsApp accounts.
  • Develop and maintain databases.
  • Manage logistics during tours and events.
  • Support yield events and summer/winter programs (if needed).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
  • 2+ years of education experience
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Digitally savvy
  • Full-time commitment (40 hours/week)
