Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and developing strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about business development, has a solid understanding of the IT services industry, and can engage clients confidently.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate qualified leads through online research, cold outreach, and networking.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to align business goals.
  • Provide timely and effective communication to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Respond to basic technical questions from clients and communicate requirements clearly to the dev team.
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM or sales tracking system for performance reporting.
Requirements
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, market research, and business development.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent analytical and customer service skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and in a team environment.
  • Basic understanding of technology stacks, including web development, mobile apps, CMS, SEO, etc.
  • Ability to confidently handle and respond to common technical queries from clients.
  • Familiarity with freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other online marketplaces.
  • Previous experience in the IT services industry is a strong plus.
