We are seeking an experienced HR Executive with a strong background in tech and creative hiring. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment for software houses and design studios, along with core HR functions like onboarding, policy enforcement, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, design, and support roles
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and freelance platforms
  • Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department leads
  • Maintain and update HR records and recruitment pipelines
  • Support onboarding, documentation, and induction processes
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, especially in software and creative environments
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with ATS tools, Google Workspace, and modern hiring platforms
