Key responsibilities include:

  5. Providing exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs and addressing concerns with empathy and expertise.
  6. Collaborating with the sales team to brainstorm and implement innovative strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  7. Staying ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, adapting sales techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
  8. Preparing insightful sales reports and sharing feedback with management for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • A strong background in selling services, with experience in life insurance or courses being highly valued.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills to engage and connect with customers.
  • The ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Self-motivation and a drive to meet and exceed sales targets independently.
  • Comfortable using CRM software and digital tools.
  • Familiarity with the market and consumer behavior in Qatar.
  • A high school diploma is required, with a degree in business or marketing being a plus.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques.
