We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Accountant to play a key role in the financial operations of our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks including communicating with vendors, reconciling outstanding accounts payable balances, comparing fleet usage history with supplier data, preparing accounts receivables, reconciling transitory accounts and suppliers' statements of accounts, reporting fluctuations and variances, and supporting the Accounting & Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with vendors to ensure timely payment
  • Reconcile outstanding accounts payable balances to prevent any discrepancies
  • Compare fleet usage history with supplier data to identify areas of improvement
  • Prepare accounts receivables by collecting necessary documents
  • Reconcile transitory accounts and suppliers' statements of accounts to ensure accuracy
  • Report any fluctuations and variances to the management team
  • Support the Accounting & Finance Manager in their day-to-day activities
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration/Accounting or related field
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with high precision
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum 2-4 years of work experience in a corporate environment, preferably in the finance or accounting department
