Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning & Analysis:
    • Develop and implement robust financial strategies to support Kodifly's growth and innovation goals.
    • Conduct detailed financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to guide strategic decisions.
    • Monitor and report on financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Financial Reporting:
    • Prepare and present accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and financial reporting requirements.
  • Cost Management:
    • Oversee cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
    • Identify areas for cost reduction and implement effective strategies to achieve savings.
  • Investment & Funding:
    • Manage relationships with investors, ensuring transparent communication and reporting.
    • Support fundraising activities, including preparation of financial projections and investment materials.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the stability and security of Kodifly's financial assets.
    • Develop and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
    • Proven experience of 3 to 5 years as a Financial Specialist or similar role in a tech-driven environment.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
    • Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
    • Proficient in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills.
    • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
