We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join our organization. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals eager to learn and grow their expertise in implementing and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

Job Description

This position involves working closely with experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience and develop skills across various functional modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in training programs to gain expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Assist in designing, configuring, and deploying Dynamics 365 solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Provide user support, create manuals, and conduct training sessions during and after implementation.
  • Participate in system testing, troubleshooting, data migration, and validation tasks.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver implementations and contribute to documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft; prior exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude toward professional growth.
