Cold Calling Professional

We're looking for a highly motivated individual to fill this role. The primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Establish Client Connections: Call potential customers in the USA through cold calls, warm leads, and follow-ups.
  2. Pitch Our Services: Offer tailored solutions like Website Development, Custom Software, Mobile Apps, CRM, ERP, and more.
  3. Closing Deals: Understand client needs and turn conversations into successful partnerships.
  4. Manage Lead Pipelines: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to hit and exceed targets.
  6. Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide great service to nurture lasting relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Experience: 6 months to 1 year of USA calling experience.
  2. Key Skills: Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  3. Language: Fluent English with a neutral or American accent.
  4. Closer Track Record: A proven track record of closing deals over the phone.
  5. Digital Expertise: Knowledge of website and software services is a plus.
  6. Availability: Ready to work in USA time zones.
