Cold Caller Position

We seek a highly motivated and results-focused individual to join our team as a Cold Caller.

Job Tasks:

  • Contact potential clients through outgoing calls.
  • Explain our products/services to interested parties.
  • Determine client needs and match them with suitable solutions.
  • Record all interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Set up follow-up calls or meetings for the sales team.
  • Address objections effectively and provide accurate information to inquiries.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
  • Stay current on product/service developments and industry trends.

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or cold calling is preferred.
  • Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Persuasive and negotiation abilities are required.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call tracking tools is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and handle rejection positively is necessary.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes is desired.
