Sustainable Fashion Campaigns

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Fashion Designer to join our team as an intern. As a key member of our design team, you will work closely with our community trainees to support the design, development, and execution of sustainable fashion campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sustainable fashion, excellent sketching and visualization skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. In addition to designing with purpose, you will also participate in fittings, photoshoots, and promotional activities.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to make a real-world impact through your creative work. You will assist in the research and development of concepts for thematic fashion campaigns, create mood boards, sketches, and product designs inspired by sustainable and cultural elements, and collaborate directly with artisans and trainees to co-create campaign pieces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and develop concepts for thematic fashion campaigns.
  • Develop mood boards, sketches, and product designs inspired by sustainable and cultural elements.
  • Source materials, create embroidery patterns, and add finishing touches to samples.
  • Collaborate with artisans and trainees to co-create campaign pieces.
  • Participate in fittings, photoshoots, and promotional activities.
  • Document creative process and contribute innovative ideas to enhance campaign impact.
