Textile Certification Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to support our Textile Certifications department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for tasks that require extensive knowledge of the Textile Industry and its products.

Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely and accurate handling of regular requests from clients.
  • Provide daily updates to ensure transparency and efficiency.
  • Communicate necessary updates with clients to maintain effective relationships.
  • Assist clients in completing the TC application in our online system.
  • Manage data accurately and efficiently.
Key Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent (4 years combination of Bachelors & Masters).
  • Knowledge of Textile certification Standards is preferred.
  • Understanding of Textile processes and products is essential.
  • Applied knowledge regarding Textile Transaction Certificate (TC) is required.
  • Experience in Textile or related organization is beneficial.
  • Energetic, confident, and proactive approach.
  • Positive work ethics, eager to learn, and result-oriented attitude.
  • Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills & teamwork capabilities.
  • Ability to work accurately within expected timelines.
