  • Job Summary:
    • Develop and implement learning strategies that drive employee growth and development.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and design engaging learning experiences.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of our learning initiatives and make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating comprehensive learning strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

  • Designing and delivering digital competency-based learning plans for all segments.

  • Organizing organization-wide soft skill programs with defined benchmarks and ensuring incremental improvements.

  • Collaborating with key business stakeholders to gather insights and requirements for learning programs.

  • Identifying innovative approaches and technologies to enhance learning effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Designing and developing engaging learning programs, courses, and materials utilizing various modalities (e.g., e-learning, instructor-led training, blended learning).

  • Providing guidance and support to trainers and facilitators to ensure delivery of high-quality learning experiences.

  • Analyzing learning data and feedback to continuously improve learning programs and processes.

  • Creating in-house e-modules via Articulate suite or GenAI for company-wide and division-specific trainings using advanced tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, HR, or related field with 5-8 years of experience.

  • Deep interest in technology and AI.

  • Experience in corporate learning.

  • Research skills.

  • L&D content designing (blended learning, micro-learnings, learning paths).

  • Practical knowledge of Learning Management System and Learner Experience Platform.

  • Knowledge of skillsets and competencies with business acumen is a must.

  • Understanding of training consultants and related organizations.

  • Stakeholder management, negotiation skills, project management.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

  • Problem-solving, design thinking.
