Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Learning and Development initiatives, driving the creation of a leading learning organization. As the Expert Learning & Development professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our employees' growth and development through strategic planning and execution.

You will be responsible for designing engaging learning experiences, collaborating with stakeholders, and evaluating the effectiveness of our learning programs. Your expertise in corporate learning, research skills, and content design will be instrumental in developing innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.

  • Develop comprehensive learning strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, identifying opportunities to enhance our learning management tools.
  • Design and implement digital competency-based learning plans for all segments, ensuring seamless adoption and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather insights from key business stakeholders to inform learning program requirements.
  • Analyze learning data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with trainers and facilitators to ensure delivery of high-quality learning experiences.
  • Administer our in-house learning resources, including LXPs, LMS, and other platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, HR, or related field with 5-8 years of experience.
  • Deep interest in technology and AI.
  • Practical knowledge of Learning Management Systems and Learner Experience Platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
