Position Overview

The organization seeks highly qualified candidates for three key positions: Registrar, Treasurer, and Controller of Examination. These roles are available on a three-year contractual basis.

  • Registrar (BPS-20)
    • Key Responsibilities:
      • Provide administrative leadership to the institution.
      • Ensure effective management of academic affairs.
    • Qualifications:
      • Masters degree or equivalent from a recognized university.
      • 12 years of administrative or teaching experience in positions equivalent to BPS-17 and above.
    • Preferred Skills:
      • Advanced computer skills.
      • Experience in BPS-15 roles for at least two years.
  • Treasurer (BPS-20)
    • Key Responsibilities:
      • Manage the organization's finances effectively.
      • Ensure accurate accounting and reporting.
    • Qualifications:
      • MBA (Finance), M.Com, or Master's in Economics from a recognized university.
      • 12 years of accounts administration experience in posts equivalent to BPS-17 and above.
    • Preferred Skills:
      • Proficiency in accounting software.
      • Experience at BPS-19 for at least two years.
  • Controller of Examination (BPS-20)
    • Key Responsibilities:
      • Oversee examination processes efficiently.
      • Ensure timely completion of exams.
    • Qualifications:
      • MA/M.Sc or equivalent from a recognized university.
      • 12 years of administrative experience in posts equivalent to BPS-17 and above.
    • Preferred Skills:
      • At least five years of handling examination affairs in a reputable institution.
      • Experience in BPS-19 roles.

Required Documents:

    • Attach attested copies of CV, educational degrees, certificates, CNIC, verified certificates of educational documents, NOC (if employed in government service), and three passport-sized photographs.
  • Note: Incomplete applications will not be entertained. Applications from government employees must be routed through proper channels with an NOC. A non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 4,000 is payable via challan at National Bank of Pakistan or bank draft in favor of SBKWU Treasurer.
