System Administrator Job Description

Job Overview:

As a system administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our IT infrastructure and strategic business decisions. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating WordPress-based websites, ensuring systems and tools used in marketing, sales, and operations run smoothly, and assisting in the automation of internal processes and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update WordPress-based websites.
  • E nsure systems and tools used in marketing, sales, and operations run smoothly.
  • Assist in the automation of internal processes and workflows.
  • Learn and support integration tools like Dell Boomi, Mulesoft, and TIBCO.

Business Analysis:

  • Analyze business processes to identify areas of improvement.
  • Scout for new tools, technologies, and talent to support operations.
  • Support in preparing reports, proposals, and client outreach strategies.
  • Work closely with business development and sales teams to introduce the brand to new markets.

Requirements:

  • Educational background in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Passionate about learning business tools and enterprise software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce).
  • Comfortable managing websites (especially WordPress).
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.

Nice to Have (But Not Required):

  • Familiarity with APIs, integration platforms, or basic scripting.
  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and sales funnels.
