Job Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a vital role in overseeing payroll processes and ensuring accuracy in calculations.

They are responsible for supervising the disbursement of salaries and managing relationships with banking partners as an approver.

This senior-level position involves leading audits of financial statements, sales, and operational expenses, reviewing and verifying audit reports prepared by the team.

The Senior Financial Analyst will also lead cost analysis and pricing strategies for high-value tenders to achieve maximum scores.

Additionally, they oversee resource allocation, ensure efficient inventory management, review and finalize management information reports, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Other key responsibilities include supervising monthly submissions, providing advanced financial analysis and strategic recommendations to management, and training team members on payroll processes.
